With the same degree of devotion and talent we give to building our business, we are proud to have the opportunity to give back to our community -- through the Xinhua Finance Library Foundation.

The Xinhua Finance Library Foundation was founded by Xinhua Finance Group in 2005, and was registered as a charitable organization in Hong Kong and the USA in October 2006 and December 2007 respectively. The funding of the Foundation is all coming from Xinhua Finance employees and associates worldwide. We believe the gift of literacy and education lasts for a lifetime. We are achieving this through two primary endeavors:

Build and Stock Libraries in the Remote Villages of China By establishing one library a year in these locales we believe that our efforts can help raise children and adults alike out of poverty. Knowledge gives them the power to choose a better life for themselves and their families. Sponsor students who need financial aid In addition to building libraries, we have begun sponsoring students who would not be able to attend school without financial support, in order to fulfill their potential and prepare for the betterment of both their lives and that of society.

Progress
2005 – CEO of Xinhua Finance Group initiated the establishment of a foundation to build libraries in remote villages of China

May 2006 – Provided financial assistance and books to the existing Cang Wan village library in Ningxia

Oct 2006 – Xinhua Finance Library Foundation registered as a charitable organization in Hong Kong; completed the construction of Xinhua Finance You Fang Yuan Library

Oct 2007 – Completed the construction of Xinhua Finance Bei Tang Library in Ningxia

Dec 2007 – Xinhua Finance Library Foundation registered as a charitable organization in the USA

Jan 2008 – Started to sponsor students who would not be able to attend school without financial support

Feb 2008 – Started to donate clothing to the villages in Ningxia

July 2008 – Completed the construction of Xinhua Finance Bei Bao Library in Inner Mongolia

Aug 2008 – Donated 350K to rebuild an elementary school that collapsed due to the 5.12 Sichuan Earthquakes in Ning Qiang County, Shaanxi Province
