客户服务（销售部）

工作职责：

• 对杂志广告销售人员提供的客户进行跟踪（发送广告报价、各类广告催稿等）

工作职责

网络编辑 兼IT（杂志部）

工作职责

• 1.维护杂志网站，确保网站正常运行。每月5日前完成杂志网络版的内容的更新, 维护和审核；
• 2.负责网站专题的选题，界面的策划和加工，网站的推广，并对流量负责；
• 3.根据杂志活动策划情况，配合市场部和销售部，在活动前5天，在网站上发布与更新活动信息；
• 4.每年12月31日前，完成对杂志网站信息的整体性维护，删除部分过期信息，确保客户能通过网站获得与杂志相关的最新信息；
• 5.维护和管理公司的计算机软、硬件系统，以及其他电子设备，如：网络服务器、电话交换机、录音笔、移动硬盘等；
• 6.每月核对与分摊固定电话费，并在各部门主管确认费用金额后，向财务部申请支付费用；

Investor Relation Manager（based in Japan）

Job Description:

• Handling investor enquires (phone/ email/ meeting)
• Coordinating quarterly earnings process with Finance team in Hong Kong and MHM in Japan
• Acting as point of liaison (legal representative) between the Company and external parties such as MHM, TSE, etc
• Drafting of press release (TDNET) and filing them with TSE
