Quantitative Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities: - To undertake quantitative analysis and research of financial data and develop mathematical models to achieve good investment performance
- To maintain and improve existing investment strategies and/or models to assure that these strategies and/or models performs well in actual markets

網絡編輯 兼IT(雜志部) 工作職責 - 1.維護雜志網站,確保網站正常運行。每月5日前完成雜志網絡版的內容的更新, 維護和審核;
- 2.負責網站專題的選題,界面的策劃和加工,網站的推廣,並對流量負責;
- 3.根據雜志活動策劃情況,配合市場部和銷售部,在活動前5天,在網站上發布與更新活動信息;
- 4.每年12月31日前,完成對雜志網站信息的整體性維護,刪除部分過期信息,確保客戶能通過網站獲得與雜志相關的最新信息;

Investor Relation Manager(based in Japan) Job Description: - Handling investor enquires (phone/ email/ meeting)
- Coordinating quarterly earnings process with Finance team in Hong Kong and MHM in Japan
- Acting as point of liaison (legal representative) between the Company and external parties such as MHM, TSE, etc
- Drafting of press release (TDNET) and filing them with TSE
- Filing quarterly securities report via EDINET
- Tracking of news regarding the company and our sector and communicating with management
- Tracking of latest company shareholding information
- Tracking of company stock performance and issue daily updates to management
- Handling ad hoc projects- Annual General Meeting (AGM) arrangement, investor meeting coordination, translation etc
Requirement:
